1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Holmnium ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Holmnium. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email (where an address is on file) or a notice on the Service at least 14 days before taking effect.

2. Description of Service

Holmnium provides disposable, temporary email inbox infrastructure designed for privacy-conscious users. The Service allows you to receive email without disclosing a permanent address.

Holmnium is an inbound-only service. We do not guarantee delivery of any email and are not responsible for emails rejected, filtered, or lost by sending mail servers. The Service is not intended for receiving sensitive communications including but not limited to financial, medical, or legal correspondence.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to use Holmnium to:

• Receive, facilitate, or distribute spam, phishing attempts, malware, ransomware, or any other malicious content
• Register for services with intent to abuse free trials, referral programs, or promotional offers at scale
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Circumvent identity verification, age verification, or KYC requirements on third-party services where such verification is legally required
• Attempt to access, enumerate, or scrape other users' inboxes or inbox addresses
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related systems
• Introduce any virus, worm, Trojan, or other harmful code into the Service
• Use automated tools to create inboxes in bulk without prior written authorization
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service without prior written agreement

Holmnium reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of this section. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice or refund.

4. Privacy

Privacy is the foundational principle of Holmnium. Our collection, use, retention, and deletion of data is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Payments & Refunds

Billing. Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis on the anniversary of your subscription start date. Lifetime purchases are a single, non-recurring charge. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Automatic Renewal. Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of your purchase as described in Section 8.

6. Termination

By You. You may cancel your paid subscription or stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion is available through account settings.

By Holmnium. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated any provision of these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

No Warranties. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Holmnium and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland, United States.
