Refund & Billing Policy

This Refund & Billing Policy applies to all paid plans offered by Holmnium, operated by Zerminum. All payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this policy and to Stripe's Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Plans

Pro — Monthly

  • Billing: Charged monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date
  • Renewal: Automatically renews unless cancelled
  • Cancellation: Available at any time in account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period
  • Price: $3 USD / month

Lifetime — One-Time

  • Billing: Single charge at time of purchase
  • Renewal: Never renews — no recurring charges
  • Access: Permanent access to Pro features for the operational lifetime of the Service
  • Price: $29 USD (one-time)

2. Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date for any paid plan, no questions asked.

Pro Subscription

Request a refund within 30 days of the initial payment or any renewal charge. After 30 days, charges are non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.

Lifetime Purchase

Request a refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the one-time payment is non-refundable. Partial refunds are not offered.

Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund, regardless of when the suspension occurs.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the applicable window:

Subject: Refund Request — [your account email]

Include your account email address and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to process refunds within 2 business days. Refunds return to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We resolve billing disputes promptly. Initiating a chargeback may result in your account being suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested.

5. Currency & Taxes

All prices are displayed and charged in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, VAT, or duties imposed by your jurisdiction. Stripe may collect and remit taxes where required by law.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. For Pro subscribers, price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the next renewal. For Lifetime purchasers, your one-time price is locked and will not change.

7. Payment Security

All payment information is collected and stored by Stripe. Holmnium does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment data. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how your payment data is handled.
